Your Waist Size In Inches
Having too Much fat around Your Waist Line May Increase Your health risk more than having these unwanted deposits in other Parts of Your Body.
If Your Waist Size is Higher than 35 Inches as a Woman and Above 40 Inches as a Man,You are at a Higher Risk of Developing diseases related to Obesity.
Consequences Of Being Overweight.
